• "Application" refers to Child Caps, which is a mobile application.
• “User” refers to the user of the Application and all expressions leading to it are taken into account.
• "Company" refers to Digi2Gold Services Company - Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Amman, and all expressions that lead to that.

• "Users" refers to all Application users, as the context clearly indicates.
• "Content" refers to any reviews, messages, data, personal information, text, sound, alert, image, video, code, or other material that is directly transmitted to/or displayed on the Application.
• "Interactive Zones" refers to bulletin boards, events, or other features provided by the Caps Child Platform and set up by the Service Provider to allow users to post Offers on the Application.
• “Automated processing” refers to any robot, spider, written content analysis tool, data collection tool, or other automated tool, routine, or process.
• "Service Provider" refers to institutions, centers, institutes, and anyone who offers a service and advertises it on the application.

Second: Conditions

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by using the Caps Child application; if you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must not use the application. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and you should review them on a regular basis. We have no obligation to contact you or notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. Third: User’s Obligations

The user acknowledges and agrees to use the application and the services it provides in accordance with the terms and conditions and applicable legislation.

• The use of the application's services by the user must not cause anyone harm, harassment, or inconvenience.
• To enter his account securely, the user must keep all contents and passwords secure.
• Through reviews or comments, the user is not permitted to add or write any slander, slander, defamation, lies, abuse, or insults to service providers.
• The company reserves the right to refuse any service or use of the application for any reason.
• The user abstains from the following activities (whether done personally or through a third party) which are:
  • Using an automated process to collect or combine information, content, or data contained in or accessible through the application.
  • Interfering or attempting to interfere with the application's proper working method.
  • Reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, or otherwise discover source code or other mathematical formulas or processors in connection with the computer program used in the Application's infrastructure and operations.
  • Copy, reproduce, change, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Application's content, even if not intended to harm the Company, the Application, or its users.

Fourth: User Information

You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub licensable license to:

1. The user acknowledges and agrees that all content provided to ChildCaps by you is not confidential from the company and you acknowledge all our rights to provide the service to you through the Application and to allow us to take full advantage of the rights granted to us as necessary. You also grant us a license to prosecute any real or legal person who violates your rights or our rights in this content.
2. In order to access data about visits made in connection with the application and link it to service providers, the Company's Child Caps application uses cookies and user information.
3. User can cancel his account any time.

 

Fifth: Obligations

The Company is not required to use any content, and it is not required in any way by any provision of these terms and conditions. Additionally, the Company and in the event that the content is used are not obligated to fulfill any monetary obligations to the user as a result of such use, as a result of failure to communicate, or as a result of using it incorrectly, which prevents the use of the application's services.

Seventh: Copyright

• At all times, the Company or its licensors own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content provided as part of ChildCaps.
• The user may only use this material or content in accordance with the terms and conditions as authorized by us.
• If the user becomes aware of any distribution or commercial exploitation, he agrees to notify the company immediately.

 

Eighth: Responsibility for the information provided by the application
