User Obligations:

User acknowledges and agrees to browse the website and/or use the services on the platform in accordance with the terms and conditions and applicable legislation.

Therefore:

  1. The user must be at least 18 years old.
  2.  The user must be of full legal age to enter into contracts and transact business.
  3. The user affirms and guarantees that he has the authority and capacity required by law to use the platform in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  4. The user agrees that any use of the Child Caps platform will be in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  5. Except for the use of the platform's private account, the user agrees not to copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, or transmit in any way any of the materials provided by the platform. 
  6.  The user agrees to follow the specific rules that apply to any promotion in which he participates in any way through the platform.
  7.  The service provider must follow the specific rules that apply to the events, advertisements, and services that are displayed on the Child Caps application. The company is not liable for any prior state approvals that the service provider is required to obtain, and the company bears no liability.
  8. The user agrees not to do anything that would jeopardize the platform's operation or security, or cause irrational annoyance, abuse, or disrupt any other users.
  9.  The user is obligated not to do anything that would affect the platform's operation or security, or cause irrational annoyance, abuse, or disrupt any of the other users or our employees. 
  10.  The user must not be a user who has previously benefited from the platform's services and has been banned or barred from using the platform.
  11.  The user must follow all applicable laws and regulations in Jordan's Hashemite Kingdom.
  12.  The user's use of the platform's services must not result in any harm, harassment, or inconvenience to anyone.
  13.  The user's use of the Platform's services must not be aimed at competition.
  14.  The user must comply with any notices made by Child Caps platform regarding the services it provides to ensure that no obstruction occurs to any of its operations.
  15.  The user must keep all contents and passwords in order to securely access his account.
  16.  The company reserves the right to refuse any service or use of the platform without giving reasons.
  17.  Service provider agree to publish the reviews from Child caps App users without any previous approval from their side.
  18.  The user "of service providers subscribed to the Child Caps platform" is not permitted to cancel any service for which he confirmed his request on the Child Caps platform and for which payment was due. If the request is canceled, the user must pay the outstanding balance and then cancel the service via the cancellation link.
  The user abstains from the following activities (whether done personally or through a third party):
  1.   Aggregate or combine information, content, or data contained in or accessible via the Child Caps Platform with information, materials, or data accessed via the Application using an automated process.
  2.   Using any automated process to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the Platform's proper operation.
  3.   Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, disassembling, or any other act of discovering source code or other arithmetic formulas or processors relating to the computer program used in the Platform's infrastructure and operations.
  4.   Make a public display of, or copy, reproduce, change, modify, and derive works from, any part of the platform's content, even if it is not intended to harm the Golden Company for Digital Services, the platform, or its users.

Remuneration:

The user acknowledges and agrees to indemnify us and/or any of our affiliates, as well as our and/or our affiliates' employees, directors, and employees, immediately and upon request, from all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from any breach or violation of these terms and conditions by the user, or other damages arising from his use of the site and the platform in violation of the terms and conditions or the law.

 

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Child Caps Platform immediately if you violate the terms of these Terms or engage in unacceptable behavior that violates the Terms and Conditions or otherwise negatively affects other users or service providers.

Applicable Law:

These terms and conditions and the platform are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and in the event of a dispute, the competent courts in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall have jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions apply only to the company and the user(s), and no other person is entitled to benefit from them. We reserve the right to perform any of our obligations and exercise any of our rights granted to us by the terms and conditions through a third party that we authorize by applying the terms and conditions to it.

 

Referral:

We reserve the right to assign or transfer any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other party, whether a third party is delegated to supervise and manage, or a partner is entered or the application is sold to a third party.

By submitting any Child Caps User Content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable license to:

 

You grant us a license to prosecute any real or legal person who violates your or our rights in this content by using the name you provided in connection with the content. You also acknowledge and agree that the content you provide to Child Caps is not confidential from the company or the staff with whom you deal through the platform, and you acknowledge all of our rights to provide the service to you through the platform and allow us to fully benefit from the rights granted to us in accordance with the requirements.

 

Obligations:

The company is not liable for any content that the user publishes or causes to be published on the Child Caps platform, whether directly or via a third-party website or application.

 

The Company accepts no responsibility for any statements, representations, or content provided by the User in any public forum, personal home page, or other interactive areas, and we are not obligated to monitor any content posted or distributed through the Platform, and the Company may remove or edit any content posted or distributed through the Platform. You have the right to refuse to publish any content published or stored by the platform at any time and without prior notice to the user, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies or replacing the content that you posted or saved on the platform, at your own expense.

 

User shall have no objection to us, its licensors, subsequent owners, or assigns posting, using, deleting, and utilizing the Content.

 

User shall have no objection to publish or review their products, and any services they provided to Child Caps users through (review page), and the company not responsible for any comment or content has been written by mobile app users.

 

The use of the Interactive Areas is solely the user's responsibility, both legally and criminally, and is done at the user's own risk. By using the Interactive Areas, the User agrees not to: directly or indirectly through a third-party website and application cause to be published on Child Caps any of the following: publish, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or publish in any way Forms; or cause to be published on Child Caps any of the following:

 

 

If you use the interactive areas or other pages of the Child Caps platform in violation of the terms and conditions set out in the terms, conditions, and laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, your rights to use the interactive areas and/or the Child Caps platform will be terminated or suspended as a guarantee of cooperation with legitimate government requests, subpoenas, and court orders. To protect other users and our systems, we may access or disclose any information we believe is required to carry out governmental or judicial rulings and decisions. We reserve the right to disclose any such information, including your username, email address, IP address, traffic data, usage history, and content you submit to Child Caps, prior to our compliance with the Privacy Policy's guidelines.

 

If a user has a complaint about content that another user published, uploaded, broadcast, distributed, saved, or found on the platform directly or through a third party website and application, you agree to file the complaint or claim against that user, not against us.

Accountability for the data provided by the Child Caps platform:

The Company and each of its directors, employees, agents, or contractors shall have no liability to users for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or costs, including legal fees, payment fees, or costs, subject to the responsibilities established by law and which cannot be excluded. Settlement in any way or form, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of a default by the user of the "service provider" on the platform, such as failing to meet deadlines or failing to provide the service properly to application users, and we are committed to striving for information the Platform with all due care, except as required by law.

 

The Company is also not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the user "beneficiaries of the services" as a result of the failure of the user of the "service provider" to provide the Child Caps platform in the required manner.

Terms of services and payment



 

Costs of Service:

•The company shows all prices on the Child Caps platform for each service, and the prices for each service depend on the nature of the situation or the time of need for it, and the company may update the prices at any time and it must be constantly informed.

 

• If the user's electronic wallet does not have enough balance, the service applicant (the service provider) must pay the value of the service to the company via electronic payment, and the service is not provided before that.

 

• The user selects the required service via the platform and selects the payment method (monthly, quarterly, annually, or one time), all based on the price displayed on the platform.

 

Payments and Subscriptions:

• The user pays electronically through the platform, where he enters his credit card and then confirms the request, and the company reserves the right to add any other financial payment method for subscriptions of any kind as it sees fit.
